Manifesto.

Why we work the way we work. Seven movements — the discipline of the stage, brought to corporate work.

01 — The stage

We come from the stage.

A discipline where mistakes are felt, and where no one applauds intention.

Think first. Rehearse properly. Decide. That is craft. We bring it to the digital world, because the digital world lost it.

02 — Detail

Detail is intentional.

It separates what works from what doesn't. A bad edit, a wrong typeface, a poor first reply — all communicate the same thing. Nobody took the care.

The client feels it, even if they can't name it.

03 — The choir

Many voices.
One choir.

A company speaks with many voices, but should sound like one. The visual, where it lives, and who operates it are different voices — but part of the same choir.

If they don't talk to each other, it doesn't sound.

04 — Soul

Corporate isn't soulless.

Corporate work tends to fall into something dull, soulless. Why? Every company has history, character, judgment.

It should communicate from there.

05 — Criterion

We don't chase clients.

We show what criterion can do, and let people recognize it.

The client is co-author. Not spectator. The best production comes from an honest conversation about what needs to be said. We don't interpret briefs. We interpret intentions.

06 — Said out loud

Two things we say loudly.

One

Invented urgency is not urgency.

When a project arrives with the clock already running, it almost always means someone didn't think it through in time. We don't accelerate for that. We accelerate when there's a real reason.

Two

Friendly mediocrity is worse than rejection.

We'd rather say an honest no than deliver a lukewarm yes.

07 — Curtain

Curtain up —
tomorrow.

We do corporate work with the discipline of the stage. If the curtain goes up tomorrow, everything has to be ready today.
